I posted two layouts yesterday and had one comment from Tuan. Therefore, I decide to chance one and make a new one. Please take a look at them and criticize them. Thanks!

The 2nd one is better. However, you made a mistake in "etween ..."(the one below "6th avenue") And it's difficult to determine the whitespaces since there's no edge on your image.
